comfortable stay but minor details could improve

The bed offered great support, ensuring restful sleep. I particularly liked the shower water pressure. The city view from my room provided a pleasant backdrop .

Some amenities felt a bit outdated.

Man on reception when we checked in was very very friendly. Dinner was excellent (red snapper) - well presented and delicious

The hotel's position was excellent and pleasant, directly next to railways. I had new-fashioned superior twin room with a bathtub, very comfortable beds, as for instance. A shower, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries were available there.

The hotel provided a spacious room that was clean and comfortable, though not air-conditioned, leading to a warm night. While the upper floor offered great views, noise from the nearby train tracks made it hard to relax. The breakfast selection was decent and staff were friendly.

Coffee/tea makers and a fridge in the room were nice. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot...

The staff were very pleasant and the location was marvellous. The hotel was placed within 25 km of the airport. We got city twin room, which was brand-new👍🙂

Couple seeking a romantic getaway beware

The room fit our expectation, very big room for 2 persons, all new and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, they had fresh options and live cooking that really gave it a nice touch.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what we experienced.

It's a four star hotel all rooms should have air conditioning, my room didn't and the night was stuffy so I open the window to let cool air in and then can't sleep because the trains go past.

Extra bed provided for child, good breakfast buffet, clean, Swiss quality

The suite was spacious with a separate toilet and bathroom. The breakfast had fresh options with live cooking. Staff were attentive, providing extra blankets. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the stay. It was a very comfortable experience 😊

The wifi was effective all week in the room, bar, Restaurant and reception. Food was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A rather limited food menu in the bar. No wifi in the breakfast room.

Once I had already booked in Booked.net and I had asked for a quiet room, I have been informed buy the hotel that I had booked a room that faced the railways. If I wanted a quite one, I had to pay more. So, I couldn't take back my reservation and was forced to pay a lot to have qhat I consider a normal service (acoustic insulation)

The air-conditioned suite was spacious, and the freshly prepared live-cooked breakfast. The service was great, with friendly staff who went out of their way, even providing complimentary water at checkout.

The hotel is placed exactly ON a multi-track (more than 10) rail line, from which a train (min.) is passing every 1-2 minutes!..... Unless you pay ca. 50% more for getting a room to the opposite side of the building, you are practically "hugging" passing trains..... Combined with the lack of A/C in all rooms, it creates during summer nights a condition of total no sleep!.....

you can't sleep with a window open, coz you hear the trains; had a room with a shower instead of a bath..
